외국인 등록증 발급 전 한도제한 계좌 개설 관련 안내
[International Students] Limited Account Opening Before ARC
연구비를 수령하는 대학원 외국인 신입생에 한해 국제지원과 방문 시 한도 제한 계좌 개설 상담을 받을 수 있는 지점을 안내하고 제출 서류 준비 시 지원하고 있으니,
관심 있는 대학원생은 아래 내용을 참고하시고 국제지원과로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
Graduate international students who will receive research funds may receive guidance at the International Student Center (ISC) on designated bank branches for opening a limited account. The ISC also provides support in preparing the required documents. Interested students should refer to the information below and contact the ISC.
○ 대 상: 입국 후 90일 이내로, 외국인등록증 발급 전 연구비 지급이 필요한 외국인 대학원생
○ Eligibility: Graduate international students needing research funds within 90 days of entry, before ARC issuance
○ 필요서류/ Required Documents

·1) 본국신분증 및 실물여권 / National ID & passport ·2) 국내거주지 증명서류(기숙사 입사확인서, 임대차계약서 등) Proof of residence(dorm certificate, lease, etc.) ·3) 재학증명서 / Certificate of enrollment ·4) 인천대학교 사업자등록증 / INU business registration certificate ·5) 관련공문: 국제지원과에서 작성하여 종이문서로 제공 예정 Official letter from ISC(paper) |

○ 기타사항 Notes
- 한도제한 계좌 개설 여부는 은행 지점별 재량이므로 안내되는 지점은 추후 변동될 수 있음
Account opening depends on branch; designated branches may change
- 본국 신분증 조회 결과에 따라 최종적으로는 계좌 개설이 불가할 수 있음
Account may not open depending on ID verification
- 외국인등록증 실물 카드 발급 후 은행 방문하여 일반 계좌로 변경 신청 필요
Must convert to general account after ARC issuance
